Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Inspection & Documentation

  Provide detailed photographs of the door or hardware in its original packaging to verify that the item is in new, uninstalled condition.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Repackage the item securely in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly labeled on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Shipping & Refund

  Arrange for freight pickup through our authorized carriers; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed minus applicable restocking fees.
